Abby & Brady’s Joyful Spring Wedding at Hoyt Hollow | First Chapel Ceremony

May 4, 2026

First wedding ceremony ever held in Hoyt Hollow white chapel

There is something really special about being part of a first, and Abby and Brady’s wedding day was exactly that.

They were the very first couple to get married in the brand new white chapel at Hoyt Hollow, and it could not have been a more perfect setting for a day centered around faith, joy, and meaningful moments.

Their story feels just as intentional as their wedding day.

Brady had always liked Abby, but it was not until he left for the military that everything shifted. Distance has a way of bringing clarity, and during that time, Abby realized how much she missed him and wanted to give him a real chance. From that point on, they have been choosing each other ever since. Standing in that chapel, you could feel just how solid their foundation is.

A Day Full of Color and Light

The day started with sunshine pouring in, setting the tone for such a joyful celebration. As the day went on, clouds rolled in and softened everything in the best way. It gave us that clean, even light that makes every moment feel calm and intentional.

The rain held off through all the important parts of the day, which felt like a win.

The design tied everything together beautifully. Clean whites mixed with vibrant florals in pinks, blues, oranges, and yellows created a look that felt fresh and full of life.

The bridesmaids wore blue dresses, and the groomsmen matched in blue suits. It is such a classic combination and always looks good on camera.

The First Looks

This day was filled with meaningful moments, especially when it came to first looks.

Abby chose to share several of them, and each one brought something different to the day.

Her first look with her bridesmaids was full of excitement and energy. Seeing their reactions set the tone for the rest of the morning.

Her first look with Brady felt quiet and grounding. It was one of those moments where everything slows down for a second.

The moment with her dad was emotional in the best way and one she will never forget.

One of the sweetest parts of the day was her first look with her sister’s little brother. He was so excited to see her, and it brought such a genuine and joyful reaction.

These are the kinds of moments that make a wedding day feel personal. Not just how it looks, but how it feels.

A Chapel First

Getting married in a chapel is always meaningful, but being the first couple to do it makes it even more special.

The white chapel at Hoyt Hollow created such a peaceful and beautiful space. It is bright, simple, and intentional in all the right ways.

It matched Abby and Brady perfectly and reflected the faith that is at the center of their relationship.

Nothing about it felt overdone. It did not need to be.

Ending the Day

The rain finally came during the reception, but honestly, it just became part of the story.

After such a full and emotional day, it added to the atmosphere instead of taking anything away. Everyone was already celebrating, and it made the night feel even more memorable.

Final Thoughts

Abby and Brady’s wedding day is one that will stick with us for a long time.

Not because it was over the top, but because it felt real, grounded, and full of joy.

A day centered on faith.
A relationship built on choosing each other.
And a beginning that started in a chapel they will always be the first to share.

If you are planning your wedding and want it captured in a way that feels true to you, we would love to be part of it.
